Headache in the evening?
The last three days I have gotten a headache in the evening starting around 6. Is this a common thing in early pregnancy? I am almost 6 weeks. Had to take a Tylenol last night and was not thrilled about that.

Headache in the evening?
Headaches are super common - plus the rain I'm sure isn't helping. I take Tylenol when it's really bad.

Try cold compressions in a quiet room. Worked for me.

Try a little caffeine or tylenol if it is bad, I get headaches also it stinks

Make sure you are not dehydrated!
Exercise always helps with my headaches.

I had really bad headaches during the beginning of my 2nd trimester. They were awful. I would try to tough it out to the point where I got the chills and finally gave in to Tylenol. My doc assured me Tylenol was safe so please don't allow yourself to suffer. Like others have said, make sure you're hydrated and occasionally caffeine worked for me.
