headache after jogging
Anyone get one? I got this headache after jogging for 1/2 hr.. hoping In not straining my brain..LOL

i get them a lot after longer runs. you might be low on salt. i usually have some gatorade or eat salt right from the shaker and it helps.

ditto...
headache usually is attirbuted to low sodium - ie you havent hydrated well. chug a gatorade with electrolytes post run and see if that helps.
