has anyone ever had ds start head twitching?

DD is 12 months

about a month ago i noticed that when she reached for something with her right arm, her head did this involuntary movement about 2-3 times in a row
i took her to the dr the next day and of course she didn't do it all day and they said she was fine.

i noticed it again this week. yesterday a few times but then nothing today. so it's not consistent and i haven't yet noticed a pattern of when it will actually happen. I'm trying to get it on video to show the ped so they know what I'm talking about.

does anyone have any experience with this?

also just to add, DD is walking, babbling, repeating sounds, etc.
