HCG levels? 5/6 weeks
Hi ladies! I just found out was pregnant on 7/5 and have not yet went for my first OB appt but got blood results with my levels at 2063. I should be approx 5/6 weeks pregnant, are these good numbers? TIA

Mine were 1900 at 5 weeks exactly, and 7300 at 5w4d. My Dr. said they were good!

Those numbers are within range. The number itself is really not what is important. It is how it rises over a period of 48-72 hours.

thats a great # definitely within range, i think my beta at 5 weeks 2 days was 5,048, but its a wide range it can fall into.

Thanks ladies! Everything is confusing to me at this point, it's my first pregnancy and they didn't explain anything too well yet! My first ob appt is the 23rd I hope I'll have better understanding then :)

in the "What to expect" book they give the range of "normal" hCG levels. I'll copy it here if that helps...
3 weeks - - - 5 to 50
4 weeks - - - 5 to 426
5 weeks - - - 19 to 7,340
6 weeks - - - 1,080 to 56,500
7-8 weeks - - - 7,650 to 229,000
9-12 weeks - - - 25,700 to 2888,000

Interesting... thanks for posting! I ended up in the ER today (no worries, me and the baby are fine!) and they ran a Beta and my levels are at 10897. I think I'm farther along than I thought! I thought I was 5w3d but I kept thinking that my last AF wasn't really AF and that we conceived last month. I guess I'll find out soon!

Your numbers are pretty normal for 5 weeks actually! If you had conceived last month and not this month, they'd be sky high... my betas always ran a bit higher that the charts too, I'm sure you're right on target or maybe a day or two ahead!
