Hayride?
Am I allowed to go on one? Emmas preschool is going to the farm tomorrow and I wanted to know if I can go ride.

Re: Hayride?
I would think that would be fine. It's not like you will be jostled around too much.

Re: Hayride?
I was at the Queens county farm a few weekends ago and they were having hayrides - and on the side of the hayride was a sign specifically saying "No pregnant women."
I'd ask when you get there how bumpy the ride is.

Re: Hayride?
I didn't do it. I have seen plenty of not for pregnant women signs by hayrides.

Re: Hayride?
The only reason I would say not to do it, it you might regret it half way through - and then what? I drove in a friends pickup truck and the ride was so rough, it was terribly uncomfortable (and I was only like 6 or 7 mo.). I am not sure how big your belly is, but it's not comfy to hit a lot of bumps. JMO.

Re: Hayride?
I personally wouldn't. I had some issues in the beginning and doc made a reference to bumpy thing as like motorcycles. I went on a hay ride years ago and it was bumpy as heck. While I am sure it would be ok--Ii would not chance it

Re: Hayride?
I didn't last year, there was a sign saying preggos shouldn't ride. That particular hayride is VERY bumpy.
I wouldn't.

Re: Hayride?
I too went to a hayride with my niece and there was a sign that said no pregnant woman and the man helping us "warned" us b4 we got on not to go if we were pregnant or had back issues. I wouldn't chance it.

Re: Hayride?
I went back in Sept with my son and it was very bumpy. I guess I was about 20-21 weeks. I was fine though. I think you would be fine
