Having the week from hell!
Just need to vent..sorry! This has been the week from hell and its only Tuesday. DH and I came home Sunday afternoon from running errands and as soon as I walked in I smelt something burning. DH checked the boiler and it was smoking so we shut it down. We called oil company but they had 10 services calls in front of us. I took DS to my parents because it was freezing. Oil company comes and there is a break in our line from the tank to the boiler. So now we need a new tank and a new boiler. DH is a plumber so he'll be able to do most of the work its just the materials. Its expensive but not as expensive as it could be. So were staying at my parents. Then I get sick and can be no where near my DS because he is having surgery Friday. Then this morning walking to my work I slip and fall walking down the block to my building on black ice. Fell on my elbow and my rear end. Thank God I have plenty of padding back there! Can anything else go wrong! At least I saved my coffee from falling this morning-so that is my saving grace. I definitely had a good cry this morning after it all. Thank you. Sorry I just had to vent. Now I feel better!
