Have you chosen Godparents?....
Have you chosen Godparents yet? If so, what was the deciding factor?
I'm having a tough time landing on just one person. I feel like it's a very important decision that I want the perfect person for it, but I keep finding everyone has flaws.  UGH!!!!!!!!

Our decision was that it had to be someone that lived close so that the our son gets to see his Godparents often and they had to be willing to teach our son with the help of us the way of God.

It was kinda assumed already even before we asked them.
The only family we have up here in CT is my bro and SIL and we are very close to the both of them. We officially asked them when I was 6 months pg.

we have, it was an easy choice. we picked dh's best friend and his wife and my best friend and her husband. deciding factors were that they are in stable loving homes/marriages and live their lives how we do, morally and all, same faith, all that.
