Has this happened to anyone else before??
The freakiest thing happened to me last night. I was just on the verge of falling asleep when all of a sudden, I became very very very hot- like freakishly hot- and then got very naseous. I got up to go to the bathroom- and I looked at my face in the mirror and it was like bright red. I didnt end up throwing up. It wasnt hot in my room at all. I was totally freaked out- and had such a hard time falling back asleep.
This morning I was still a little naseous, too.
What the heck was that all about?

yes, but instead of feeling only nauseous I'd feel nauseous & also like I had the runs (I didn't but that is what it feels like).

I've had 2 hot flashes while in bed. One I woke up to in the middle of the night and one as I was going to sleep. I felt like I could see the heat emanating from me. Each time I drank a lot of cold water, put a cool cloth on my forehead and ears - I thought that my ears would actually make it sizzle. It passes for me in 10-15 minutes.
I hope you don't get this often!!!!

Were you lying on your back? I would feel very hot, sick to my stomach and like I was going to pass out when I was on my back too long. I couldn't even make it through a sono without having the tech stop so I could lie on my side for a bit.

Yes, this happens to me. A few times per week I'll wake up at night really hot and my face will be flushed. My doc said it's my hormones and I shouldn't be concerned.

It just happened again! All of a sudden, I got very very very hot and flushed. I was so hot, I felt like I just wanted to rip all of my clothes off. lol. It subsided about 15 mins later...
Do you think I should be concerned?

I don't think it's something to be too concerned about. If you are unsure, then call your doctor, Sounds like hormonal hot flashes. My first one actually came the day I got my BFP, before I even knew.

I got these in my 3rd trimester with DD, my temp would go up so quick, i would so hot and ripping everything off and sweating.
I would eat something and drink something sweet and it would go away.
It only happened a couple times like that though.
I would mention it to dr on your next visit
