Has this ever happened to you?
It's nighttime you're on the couch watching tv feeling very sleepy struggling to stay awake. You might have even dozed off for a minute or two. Finally you stop trying to fight it get up and get into bed. Now you're wide awake, can't fall asleep.

Yep. Almost everynight. I chat with friends on AIM and one by one, I tell them "Goodnight, Im done, Love Ya"..Get up, brush my teeth, wash up, and get all comfy in bed. BAM. Second wind! Drives me nuts.

yes, every night. but I do suffer from insomnia. I wake up every 2 hours and have difficulty falling back asleep too.

All the time!!!!
I try my best to wash my face and take out my contacts right after dinner so I can just sleepily drag myself to bed and crash again.
I LOVE falling asleep on the couch though.
