Stern doesnt work on Fridays, so there has not been a reaction to the actual firing yet, that will come on Monday morning. But as a previous poster had said he called this to happen days ago and has been talking about it.
Howard 100 news is reporting on it all day long. 
Bubba is also on vacation today, so there is no reaction there either yet. Bubba was on a Fox TV affilliate earlier this week giving his opinion.

Oy. I don't even like Imus, but I'd rather listen to him than the crap that spews out of Stern's mouth any day. (sorry, no offense meant... I just really can't stand that man!) Howard Stern has said far more disturbing and offensive things... He has very little room to criticize.

Artie is the King of Dumb Bets.
I think Howard's problem with Imus is that Imus would always claim to be high in the ratings, rivaling Stern, when clearly he wasn't.
