Has anyone's car had hail damage?
My DH new truck has dents from the hail today, does anyone know if insurance will cover it to be fixed? TIA

If you have comprehensive coverage on your policy then you should be covered -- but you will have to meet your deductible first. What kind of damage is there?

Oh good, we do but I think it's a 500 deductible. I haven't seen it yet but he said it looks like a golf ball- tons of tiny dings all over.

This happened to my car about 2 weeks ago. We were driving on LIE to CT for my nephew's b'day party and it was hailing like crazy.
WE are in the process of going through insurance now. There are a ton of dents in my hood. We have someone coming tomorrow to look at the damage from the insurance company.

I was so worried about this too! We just bought a new car and I was so stressed but it didn't hail near us.
