Has anyone used chalkboard paint?
We plan to paint 1/2 of one of miki's walls with Chalkboard paint in her room
has anyone used this? Rants/raves?

I haven't used it, but someone I know has...likes it, but it doesn't erase all that well...and don't bother with the magnetic one...doesn't hold a thing!

I did a whole wall in Logan's playroom with it.
It works great, but you do need a damp rag to erase it - regular erasers don't work as well.
Here's a picture from our Christmas party - EVERYONE was getting in on the action!! 
(Excuse the one random blue section of wall - I didn't finish the one set of shelves yet!!)

One of DH's good friends did for his 1 year old daughter. She loves it! She draws all over it and they also did a wall with the magnetic paint for her to place her plastic letters/numbers all around on.

we used the spray paint kind to do a table for them, my neighbor across the street used it in the kitchen! It looks great! The did a square on the wall for a message board and then they painted the side of a counter at kid level

I bought the paint in Home Depot.
It comes in black and green and then there are ones that you can mix color into - one of my friends made a pink one for her daughter's room.
ETA - I will add that I used black because we have no other black walls in the house so I felt it would be easier for him to differentiate what walls were okay to write on versus ones that weren't.
