Yes! It is fantastic. I got it because of the storm. We were on LI and I had no make up with me so I ran to CVS and got it there. It is fantastic. I have received so many compliments this week about how flawless my skin looks. I was going to write a review, but your question prompted me to do this. It is fantastic. I like it more than my YSL touch eclait and can easily see replacing that with the roll on loreal foundation.
ETS: Wow. I used the word fantastic a lot. It really is outstanding. I loved the coverage. It blends easily, it is not streaky. I did not fee l like I was wearing foundation at all. It did not cake. It felt nourishing.

After reading LSP2005's review, I actually bought it last night. I am normally a high-end makeup user (Dior Air-flash, SKII, Bare Minerals, etc.) and I LOVE THIS SO FAR. Good coverage, very light feeling, and an excellent value for $12 or whatever it is I paid. No weird reactions yet, plus it has SPF 25! And I actually like the little roller thing, it puts the makeup on very evenly.

I thought this would be silly, and that the makeup would kinda glob on, like the way my FIL paints... ....but I guess I hafta try it now!

I thought it was cool but like others was afraid it would go on evenly and look "painted" on...
Good to hear it works well.
I might try it...hopefully the coverage is good- I have a lot of redness and huge pores etc
