Has anyone switched from low carb to low fat?
I have been on WW for close to 2 months and have been doing great so far following a low carb plan. I want to move over to flex but not sure how going from low carb to low fat will be. I have been on and off low carb for so long and that is the problem. I will lose and then you eat a piece of bread and it is all over.  So I want to switch over to the flex plan but am nervous about it. I know in the long run flex seems to be something I can make a life long program. Has anyone been a low carber and made the move over to low fat? Any advice or suggestions are welcome!

Yes I just switched from atkins over to ww.
I was on atkins for 3 months and I hit a plateu. So I switched over to WW. So far so good. My first weigh in is on wednesday. I will see if it worked for me.
I lost 12 lbs on Atkins
