Has anyone started to look for a peditracian??

Just wondering when was the best time to start doing this.

I say the sooner the better because I didn't search long enough or hard enough and ended up hating my first ped. Chat Icon

I found one at about 29 weeks. My OB gave me a list. We are suppose to meet with them next Friday for a tour.

Justr curious...I have lots of time for this...but do you meet with the ped's for a consult? They allow this and are ok with it before the baby is born?

Yes, and I definitely suggest going and sitting in the waiting room for a while and really seeing how the staff handles patients, as well. I wish I would have done that. And ask EVERY question you have, no matter how silly or anal or whatever it is!

Yes. I just got the name of a group in Plainview from my OB. I plan on making an appointment to interview them within the next couple of weeks. I've heard positive things about them which is good, but I have some questions I would definitely like to ask.
