Has anyone seen little toy Penguins in any store
I asked my DH what he wanted for Christmas and he said a Penguin (as a joke)
So as a joke, I figured I get him a little toy one (as a stocking stuffer), maybe one you can wind up and walks around or something like that and not too expensive.
I saw one in Hallmark - its a candy dispenser, its OK

I collect penguins, my MIL just got me that candy dispenser for my birthday! Anyway since it is xmas time there are penguins everywhere! Exactly what kind are you looking for?

There is a pooping jelly bean penguin toy in eckard. I collect the pooping toys so I added that to my super duper family of pooper reindeer.

I really wanted a wind-up one so it can walk around. But anything is ok thanks.

The Disney Store has a ton of the penguin's from that animated penguin movie. They're about 12" tall - very ute.
