Has anyone gained a bit of weight coming OFF the pill?
Thought i would ask the moms who have gone on and off the pill.
I am not pregnant. I went off the pill 3 weeks ago. Since then i have horrible cramping, night sweats etc..
I also decided to start REALLY charting my WW points and running at the gym. Instead of the scale going down, it has stayed the same or gone up a bit.
I am very frustrated. I don't know whats going on. Could this be just hormonal changes causing bloating?? And of course i am now pms'ing so that won't help. I SHOULD have my period back in a few days i am hoping...I was on the pill for the last 14 months. I just have never had this happen before...my pants are so tight in the waist and its awful!!

I felt that I put a few pounds on after coming off the pill too but wasnt sure if thats what it was from.

I did.
I think mine was attributed to PCOS though.
