Has anyone experienced any problem with the Symphony in Motion Mobile?
DH and Mom keep moving it out of the way when they go to pick up the baby. Now the mobile part won't turn, only the music plays.
I'm so angry!!!

This happened to us too except it occured at 2 months. We brought it back to Buy Buy Baby and they gave us a new one. I think if you move it a lot then the mechanism breaks. We switched its position in the crib when we got the replacement so it is not moved.

I'm wondering if I should try returning mine. Unfortunately I don't have the box and I am really upset because I constantly told them both DO NOT MOVE IT!!! Does anyone listen to me? NOOOOOOOOOOO! So now the mobile that DD enjoys is broken! But..of course what do I know right?
DH is going to have to buy another one because she really enjoyed it as did I since it allowed me to have some time to relax.

We did not have the box either - all I still had was the gift receipt letter from BBB. Someone had purchased it for us from my registry - they let us have the new one but they kept the box.
