If you focus the map into a central area, like Wading River, you'll see how spread out the flags are.
I looked in all areas where I'm familiar with and I would say it was 70/30 with informative comments/BS comments.

ok, just search pretty much all of Suffolk. Seems like a like of complainers. Only saw maybe 4 that would concern me.
