The clothes looked wrinkle free, but I didn't feel they got "clean."

It's good to freshen up a blazer, dressed pants, woman suit, etc... but it's not drycleaning.

It def doesn't replace drycleaning, but if you go somewhere and your clothes get a smoky smell its great to re-freshen them. I also like to use it for jackets since they need re-freshing often and they only go to the cleaners a few times a year

I have used it many times. like others said, it's great for in between trips to the dry cleaners when you need to freshen something up, but I would not use them exclusively. I mostly use Dryel on sweaters. LOVE the smell

ITA

i actually used dry cleaner's secret, which is basically the same thing. it's also great for sweaters that you don't want to wash every time you wear them.

I like it for things like sweaters - just to freshen them up in between dry cleaning.

I have never used it on a suit or something like that ..

I tried it years ago and thought my clothes had a strong chemical smell afterwords. Do you know if it's changed or maybe I was just doing something wrong??

hmm, I'm not sure. they might have changed the formula. the kit I have is less than a year old and it still smells really good. I just used it last week.
