Has anyone ever used a sleep coach?
If you did, I have a few questions....
Was it worth it?
Did it work for your child?
Did the good sleeping habits last or did it ever digress back to how it was?
About how much did they charge? (if you don't mind giving an estimate)
Did they use CIO?

Me either, until recently. When I first heard about it, I thought it was ridiculous but now that I'm at the end of my rope I'm actually considering calling one.

Ahhhhh......
They're all the rage here in NYC. And they charge a lotttt of money. Someone I know paid either $350 or $500 (I don't remember which) for 1 in-person session followed by unlimited email interactions.
She said it helped but the baby then regressed a bunch. So I don't know if it was worth it or not......

I didn't know they had this either. I may need one if things don't change for my dd either. Im almost at my wits end.

I joked about this yesterday with my mom, had no idea they actually existed. I second the above, if you do use one, I'd love to hear how it worked!

I just spoke to one & she sounded great. She has you answer a million questions about medical history, daily schedule, pregnancy & bed time routine because they all are related to DCs sleeping habits. Then she creates a new schedule & routine that will work for your family. Sounds good but it's big bucks- $600  but she said she would do it for $300 since I was recommended by her friend. Still a lot of $ so I don't know. It would be worth it if DC would go to sleep peacefully for a nap & bedtime but I can't imagine how it could. I'll keep you posted.
