Has anyone ever purchased a forclosure property?
What was the process like? Where the original owners still living in the home?
Would you recommend buying a foreclosure?

I was looking a while ago and searched the posts here. A few have gotten lucky. But the process seems riddled with problems, like bitter owners who destroy the property for the new owner. In most cases you can't see the inside, or have an inspection done. Plus, the business seems dominated by banks and investors who have a lot of $ that buy all the good stuff, renovate and turn it for a profit.
