Has anyone ever heard of....
Disposable underwear? I've read it on a few suggested hospital bag lists, but have no idea where to find it or what exactly it is. I keep thinking it's like a Depends adult diaper! Lol anyone have a clue?

I've heard of it, but never got it in the hospital. I just got oversized, cheap package of granny panties at walmart.

Re: Has anyone ever heard of....
Our hospital had it and I used it the whole time I was there and they gave me about 6 pairs to take home.
It's extremely stretchy and kinda fits like very high-waisted boy shorts. It was great for wearing giant pads with ice diapers. I wore it for a few days after I got home too because I was still bleeding very badly. They tell you it's even washable, but I didn't really try it to find out.
One thing I do suggest taking from the hospital are some of those chucks pads (they're usually blue on one side and white on the other) to use anywhere you're going to sit once you get home -- like the couch or in bed -- so if you have a leak, you don't ruin your furniture. You can also use the waterproof lap pads you use for the baby but if you leak, you'll have to be ok with washing them and having the stain on there.

Re: Has anyone ever heard of....
idk about disposable underwear but I did have a friend who literally brought depends. She said they worked great for the heavy bleeding. Idk if she wore a pad with them or not. Sounds strange but i dont think its a bad idea.
