Has anyone done prenatal yoga?

I am currently pregnant with my second...and was wondering if anyone has ever taken a prenatal yoga class while you were pregnant. Is it beneficial and worth it? Can you suggest anywhere that does it in Suffolk? Thanks!!

i took prenatal yoga and loved it! I never took yoga before so i have nothing to compare it to but the instructor was amazing - i think thats a big part of it. we had a sub instructor once and she wasnt as good.
i loved going to class bc it was a place for me to clear my head. the instructor was great at working with us on our specific needs (i had back pain so she taught me positions that would help, while others had hip pains so she worked with them). i always felt great after leaving class
she also worked on breathing techniques

my class was in queens so i cant help with a recommendation
