I think Stefanie's DH has created stuff on cafepress -- I think I remember her mentioning it when we were all discussing 1st birthday t-shirts.

My dh has shirts that he designed on cafe press. He is asleep right now so I can't ask him. But I'll let you know.
My husband said he uses Adobe Photoshop. Free program that's like adobe photoshop He said he knows some people that use this program also. He also said if you have any other questions, he'll be glad to answer them for you. Good luck.
