Has anyone checked out this house in N.Bellmore?

It was reduced from $399 to $369.

I can't help but think its falling apart for that price.

Re: Has anyone checked out this house in N.Bellmore?

Yes Danielle and I went to see it.
It was $399k, Then $389k, and now $369k

It is on Camp Ave in N Bellmore. Pretty busy street. Gets a lot of Traffic from Newbridge ave which is its cross street, and also from Mepham high School which it is 2 houses away from.

The outside of the house seemed to be painted shingle. Old Shingle for that matter. Looks as though the windows were replaced and so was the door.

You walk into a very small living room, and there was a fireplace too, then you go into a small dining room, that has two built in cabinets in the corners of two walls.

Then right into the new kitchen, which was small but functional.

This house was a flip house. Someone bought it to fix up and sell.

To the left of the kitchen in the hall way was the bathroom, which was nice but you could tellt he renovation was cheaply done.

The floors are wood tile it looked like.

There was 1 or 2 bedrooms downstairs, Small.

There was a stairway up from one of the bedrooms with a room with slanted ceilings, like the top floor of a cape. You couldnt even stand up in there. I also think there used to be a bathroom up there but they didnt replace it. There was a hole in the ground that was stuffed with cement that I would think was where the bowl was, or the sink.

The yard was small

There was a basement unfinished....but we didnt even bother going downstairs.

The driveay was prolly about 4 cars long and there was an original garage in the back
