put raised panel wainscoting on a wall where there is a baseboard heater?

I've seen it done and it dosn't look bad, you just have to make sure to paint the baseboard the same color as the wall

they sell raident heat that can be put behind wainscotting so you don't even see it
here is an example of it where it should be painted the wall color but its not, so its an eye sore

Thank you. I saw this pic too, I am thinking there is not bottom to where the baseboard is... I don't know if I love that look, I am wondering if doing smaller boxes where it is will be ok...
