Has anybody had their hair fall out?

I thought I heard that hair sometimes falls out during pregnancy. If this is true, when does it normally start? The beginning or end of pregnancy? I'm not freaking out because of your normal cosmetic issues. I'd go bald for my baby.

Not many of you know, but I have a pituitary tumor. I went through a lot just to get pregnant and the doctor's stopped my chemo when I got pregnant. My hair fell out with the tumor and I don't know if the tumor is really starting to grow now, or my hair is falling out in clumps because of the baby. Please share your hair falling out stories. I really don't want to have this baby early to fight this tumor.

I had a lot of hair fall out in my first trimester. Pretty early on. My doctor said it's completely normal. something about the hormonal changes. It freaked me out too seeing it in the shower, but trust me. Perfectly normal.

my hair is falling out. not in clumps,l but in LOTS of single strands. funny, cause i was going to post this same question today.

summer is the hair-shedding season, and my hair is getting longer, so those could be the reasons... but i also feel like pregnancy has something to do with it. my hair feels much thinner

In general I have a ton of hair...and I shed like crazy. When Im pregnant I barely lose any BUT about a month after I give birth it starts to fall out and my hair thins out.

i heard it gets thicker and then after birth it may shed..
