Has anybody felt like this?
Since Monday morning, I have felt like I have a hangover (even though I haven't drank in a while). I have been EXHAUSTED, just out of it, and I haven't really eaten since Monday morning except for some crackers and stuff. I'm just simply not hungry and I Just have this gross feeling in my tummy and mouth. Has anybody felt like this? Normally I have candy ALL the time, but I haven't even eaten that at all... I've already lost 10 pounds and I don't really know what to do - thanks~

Wow, I've felt like that, and assumed it was some kind of stomach bug, but if you lost 10 lbs in 5 days maybe you should go to the dr. That is serious and you may be dehydrated. I'd try to drink Gatorade and eat dry toast and chicken soup to get something down...but I would go to the dr. I don't know how much you weigh, but 10 lbs would be a lot for me.

I feel like this too, but I know its from just being extrememly run down from the holidays....i am exausted!
Also, I have been eating like crap-too much refined sugar & holiday foods! feel better!

Thanks for all of the replies. I have been trying to eat toast and stuff, but I'm just not hungry... I just don't want to lose anymore weight, since 10 lbs is a lot, but I've just been drinking a ton of gatorade, so I don't get dehydrated. Thanks for all of the replies!

I have been feeling pretty blah blah blah since Tuesday. I got pretty drunk on Christmas eve and was terribly hungover on CHristmas day, but I thought I would be feeling better by now!
