Has anyone ever made this dip with cream cheese - do you use and entire block of cream cheese?

it is soooo goood!! I usually will put out a small part of cream cheese and put the relish on top of that!! If it is for my husband and I for guest I usually put the whole stick of cream cheese out!!!
