HARP through BoA
Has anyone done a HARP loan through BoA? If so, who did you use? The one guy we spoke to was clearly unaware of HARP & its requirements.
Any recs are appreciated!

I am! what does that have to do with the HARP loan?
just saw gov't is trying to reform it, to make it available to more "troubled" borrowers.

I read if you do not have PMI you DO NOT have to stay with your current lender. shop around! i have a great guy in Chase if you want.
