happy to be joining you all again...
i missed my period this month (and maybe last month!) thought i got my period last month, but may have been implantation bleeding.
anyway, i had my first sono yesterday and everything looks good, good strong heartbeat. i return to the MD next week to get an EDD, since i am the only person on earth who doesn't know when their LMP was 
i was embarrassed to tell the MD i'm in the medical field too
this is baby #2 for me and so excited my DS cole will be getting a little sibling!
looking forward to chatting on this board! i feel as if i've already forgotten a lot of things about pregnancy!
