Happy puffs & little cremes
I gave puffs at 7 months. What are little cremes? Are they like the yogurt melts? I would assume those are okay to give at 8 months as long as DC has had yogurt (although DD is allergic to some brands bc they have whey protein added).

Puffs about 6 mo. 8 mo is fine. I preferred the yogurt melts at first b/c they melted better and got them used to something solid. They gagged a bit on puffs at first so I broke them and wet them a few times.
