hands swelling while exercising?
my hands and fingers swell up when i exercise...especiially when i run...does this happen to anyone else?

Yes this is completely normal. When you run try lifting your hands so that your fingers are facing up for a little while...the blood is rushing to your fingers and this helps.

Yup, I get both swelling of my fingers and blotchy arms and skin overall.
