hair frizz & treadmill
What can I do to prevent frizz after using the treadmill? My hair is curly, but I wash it only a few times a week because I straighten it, but when I use the treadmill 6x/week.
Any ideas

it's frizzing b/c you are sweating
I don't think there is anything you can do to stop this
but if you straighten you hair all the time and don't want your hair to control your life anymore- I would suggest getting it japaneses straighten
it changed my life- my hair is the last thing I worry about now- when it used to be the first

ITA being able to work out and have your hair still look great is awesome! Heck after having my DD, my hair was perfectly straight
Before JHS I would pull my hair in a tight bun, and a headband. I would run a blow dryer through it to dry the sweat, and it looked nice after, but I needed to wash it later that day, cause I just felt yucky.

Gosh, I have no advice. I have no choice but to wash my hair after I workout...I am soaked!!
I do the straightening too. I have to wash my hair 5 days a week but at least it takes me no time at all!!

I have gone to many places and hands down Tracey at Top Point in flushing is the best and the cheapest
