Hair after BKT
Did anyone find that their hair was different after BKT? I got it done in May, and it looked great until October. After that, it never went back to being curly. It's just limp and dull with no volume. A friend suggested a Pre-Art treatment and to trim more layers in my hair.
Just wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

Yes, same experience here. It took a loooooong time for it to be curly again (I did it twice). It's pretty much back to the original texture now, 12 months after the 2nd time I got it done.

Thanks for replying. At least there's some hope! I don't think it's worth it for me to do it again b/c it looks SO bad now. I think I would prefer to wrestle w/ my curls any day than to have no hair type.
