Haiku alert: Ode to my new personal trainer
Easy on the eyes
Not so easy on my thighs
Cannot walk today.
He says "Let's do abs"
I say "I prefer my flab..."
"...right here where it is."
"Next lets do push ups."
"How about I push myself
Through the exit door."

That is a fantastic idea!!!
It could be one of those cutsie lil hardcover books you see at the counter at Barnes and Noble that people give as gifts but they end up as coasters.
