Smithaven does. I just got the cutest dress from there (a zebra print maxi) for $25! It's a very small selection and I usually find like 2-4 things that are worth buying.

I went to Smithhaven the other day & they did have a few cute dresses that weren't very expensive. I personally found the other clothes cute, but expensive for what it was.. I'm a cheapo when it comes to clothes for myself though, can't spend $25 on a tshirt.
