Where is the outlet? I was in the play place on the lower floor and saw nothing. Not sure if there is an actual store in the Source but I was there last week.

The play place on the lower level really has nothing around it (other than david's and the golf place now that fortunoffs is gone) - but there is an outlet on the second floor with all the shops.
I haven't been recently but I don't think I have ever seen costumes at that location - but they do usually have costumes at the children's place location across the way and a little further down.
