Gymboree, Little Gym, My Gym? Which one and why?
DS is one year old and we got money to put towards classes. Which do you recommend and why?

I recommend doing a free trial class at all three and then deciding. That's what we did and we ended up at Little Gym.
I just liked the structure of that class and the people there were the nicest and most welcoming. But it really depends on your DC and what they enjoy.

I agree.
We have done both Gymboree and Little Gym. I liked Gymboree better for younger kids. They do more singing and I felt the class was more structured. At The Little Gym I feel a lot of the class is a free for all. My 4 year old loves it, but I didn't care for it that much for my 18m old at the time.

I like gymboree for younger kids and little gym for older kids. My Gym is great overall and good for all ages.
I personally like My Gym best but I know location varies. I went a few times in Huntington and didn't think it was that great but we loved it in Manhattan and now Virginia.

I don't have any experience with Gymboree or Little Gym, but I highly recommend My Gym. Both my kids started My Gym around 1 year old, and they both love it (my 5 yo still goes).
We go to the My Gym in West Babylon - the owner and the girls are great, and it's very well run.
I do recommend doing the free trial classes at each one, though, and choosing what works best for you.

I went to a few trials and I personally liked My Gym the best (the people and the class itself), but I agree go to a free class and see what you like.

Same for me! Both of my girls have gone to classes there and my youngest still goes. We love it!!!!

gymboree is great because you get unlimitied open gym sessions. they are also running a really good deal right now for summer (there's also a spring mini session deal going on now)
