Guys have it so easy!
All they need to do is supply the sperm and make $$$.
Today I got a lesson on breast milk pumping. Those devices look like torture devices! DH was quiet after seeing all the trouble I'm going to have to go through. He still feels strongly about breastfeeding but I think he feels much more sympathy.
Is it just me or do those pumps look horribly painful?!?!?

Sorry..I can't answer about the pumps because I am not going to BF. My DH has been so amazing and helpful in a lot of ways, but I feel like my brain is the one constantly going...thinking about all sorts of crazy things from registry items to feedings. It's constant at this point.

Look painful....yes! After your body adjusts to pumping or breast feeding though, it's a piece of cake.

It depends on the person. I know my best friend's sister pumped and had to stop because it was so painful for her. She would actually bleed from it everytime. She stopped pumping and started EBF and it was better for her.

Well, having used one in the past, I can tell you it's not exactly painful but also not that comfortable or fun.
