Gummy prenatals??
Hi everyone! I'm about 15 weeks pregnant with twins. I have been sick with some kind of stomach virus for over a week. I cannot bare to take my pre natals, they make me so nauseous!!!! Has anyone taken the gummy prenatal vitamins? Are they ok and the same as a regular vitamin?? Thanks!!

I take the Vitafusion gummy prenatals. My doc did remind me that they don't have iron or calcium in them but she wasn't concerned.
*you can get them at Walmart and other places

Gummy prenatals??
I have been taking the vitaFusion prenatal since I started ttc. At 31 weeks was the first time my doctor brought up an iron supplement- I asked her to run some blood work before recommending a supplement. If you eat a balanced diet Ca and Fe supplements are not always necessary.
