GRRRRR....
So I just got my period this morning, and I tried calling my nurse to see if I should come in for my CD 3 tests even though we are still waiting to hear about the approval from the insurance, WELL, she is out of the office until Wed!!! I spoke to another nurse, but since she doesn't handle my case, and doesn't know about the insurance mix-up she doesn't know what I should do!! I just e-mailed my RE to ask, hopefully he will be able to tell me something, I really don't want to have to wait a whole extra cycle especially since my periods are SOOOO long!!

Re: GRRRRR....
How frustrating! There is nobody that backs up your nurse when she is out of the office? My RE has 3 nurses on his team, when one of them is out someone else is available to answer my questions or call me regarding my protocol.

Re: GRRRRR....
Well, I heard back from the Dr. and he's going to check with the finance person, but it doesn't look like we can proceed this cycle without the authorization from insurance b/c we can't afford to pay out of pocket....I am soooo bummed!!

Re: GRRRRR....
what about having the bloods drawn through your OBs office and faxing them to the RE, and hopefully soon the authorization will come through?

can they put some of your sonograms and labs thru as routine checkups (not EVERY one probably b/c they'd wonder why do many) and then just have you pay for the rest and the actual IUI?
