Yep. We kept changing the channel and changing back. That seemed to help but maybe it was just the timing of when we did that.

This is a known problem (should be known) to cablevision. Some other fourms users (other technology boards) says its happening on other networks (FOIS, TimeWarner) so it may not directly be Cablevisions fault. MY HD has been garbage too but it seems the root of it is FOX
