growing out eyebrows
someone told me that rogaine can be used..is this a crock of bs or is it true.
I need nicer brows..mine look saddddd

I've been using thnis stuff called Rapid Lash. You use it on your lashes and also on your brows too. I've gotten sooo many compliments on my lashes and my brows have DEF grown in as well. You can buy it at CVS it's $50 but worth every penny. Good Luck!
