ground buffalo?
we bought ground buffalo at whole foods. we threw it in the freezer... last night we had buffalo burgers... YUMMY
but we only used half of the meat that we thawed out
what can i make for dinner, tonight, with the rest of the ground buffalo?

sancocho
stuffed peppers
meatloaf (but I hate meatloaf  )
