gross peeling question
I have olive skin but I still got burned when I was in St Lucia. The burn turned to a tan but now a few weeks later my legs are peeling SO BAD it is disgusting - I have never seen anything like it.
I have been alternating between aloe and cocoa butter all day ( when I am not at work ) BUT do you think I should exfoliate in the shower or will that make it worse?
This has never happened to me before I usually just get great color, so annoying!

definitely exfoliate
once you are peeling, it's too late to save the skin

thanks that was what i was wondering - if i didnt exfoliate if more skin would "stay on" LOL
i wish i could just go get a really good pedicure but it looks so gross i would be too embarrassed to go

do you know how expensive that stuff is? lol jk - i will have to give that a try bc this is just gross, i am so glad it is the winter and i can hide it!!

The same EXACT thing happened to me when I got home from my honeymoon. (We were in St. Lucia too) I exfoliated, and it got better. Gradually. It definitely took some time.

LOL!! yes, I know! but my GF told me to do this and it WORKED!

I was in st. Lucia at this time last year and the same thing hapened to me. I have olive skin as well. I had peeling like you wouldn't believe except it also was all over my face. Not attractive to say the least!!! You need to do a lot of exfoliating. Hope it goes fast for you. It's amazing how much stronger the sun is there!

we are doing great! we already fell into a groove and seriously, i feel like we have lived together forever!
ALSO i exfoliated last night and what a difference i wish i had done this from the beginning but for some reason i thought it would make it worse!! i mean its still gross but looking better already! thanks everyone for the advice
