Grooming?? How often

How often do you get your dog groomed?

I took Bella Feb 3rd for her first appt, but already hair is in her face, eyes, etc.. and it's driving me nuts

Thanks

Re: Grooming??

When Daisy was a puppy, about 1x a month.

Now that she's older, every 6-8 weeks depending on her hair length.

Thank you

Bella is only 4 months, so I guess I should make another appt.

Re: Grooming?? How often

When my dog was alive I used to groom him myself because I liked him to always look groomed. I trimmed him up about every 2 weeks. (I also was into showing and stuff and liked to keep him in a show cut which was more work even though I really didn't show him much.)

I would talk to the groomer too and see if they can cut it a little shorty in the areas you have noticed it growing quickly. This way, it takes an extra long time for it to grow back. We asked that of our groomer, esp around Daisy's face, and it makes all the difference.
