gripe

Last month I had to put my beloved cat to sleep. Last week a prescription renewal arrived at my house for my cats diabetes medicine. So, I was upset about this. I called my vet who had set it up initially with vet centric, they said that they had nothing to do with it. So I called vet centric and they said it was a non-returnable prescription. I never asked to be on automatic renewal and was never told that I was....so I feel that someone should reimburse me the money. Neither one of them will. It's so frustrating.

Thats not fair, its not like your pet just doesnt need, the poor baby has passed away. They should take it back and give you your money back.
