cant give you a full recap cause I really dont watch the show but I did last night so names are totally off. It was about secrets and surprises.
the surgeon (patrick dempsey) who is sleeping with the girl in the house I think it wwas a secret last week. He is married and hi wife came at the end and introduced herself to the girl.
The head surgeon needed eye surgery and patrick dempsey operated in a secret /quite operation.
there was a sypholis outbreak and everyone had to get tested. I wish I knew the names to tell you cause this is the hard part. but thats it pretty much from what I caught. Hope it helps

I'll try since I cant remember there names, it may not be much help.
Merideth told Mr. Hot Dr. about her mother. In the end Merideth found out mr. Hot Dr was MARRIED as his wife walked into the hospital and all he said was " Meredith, Im so sorry" ..THE END
The kinda dumb boy Dr. got syphillis from a nurse he dated, turns out a lot of the staff had it and some people were being tested.
In the end the nurse/dr( girl) told kinda dorky Dr. guy she was sleeping/seeing the Thinks he's hot stuff Dr. Turns out THAT player Dr. gave everyone syphilis and dorky Dr. guy punched him.
Nothing much happened with the rest...the chief of staff found out he had a brain tumor and the Hot Dr. merideth and the MEAN MEAN attending women Dr. operated on him incognito because he didnt want anyone to know.
The other dr. The black dr. whos sleeping with the b;ack haired intern told his friend his wife was cheating on him, and then announced to the mean looking intern that he was not seeing anyone else but her and vice versa. She still didnt have the abortion.
